It's been yet another busy month for the Assuric platform with a host of new features across the platform.
Roles and Groups Improvements
Roles and groups are used to track and categorise key personnel or stakeholder groups within your organisation.
Key roles include those such as a Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) or GDPR Data Protection Officer (DPO) which are important assignments for regulatory compliance:
Key roles relevant to frameworks in your workspace will now be surfaced, alongside guidance when assigning personnel to these roles and proving evidence / experience records.
You can create custom roles, and assign multiple individuals to the same role (e.g: if your organisation has several CSOs), alongside unique experience records and evidence items.
Landscape Documents
The in-platform document editor now fully supports landscape documents, and switching between layout modes:
This is particularly useful for sections of compliance documentation containing wide tables spanning many columns:
Exports to PDF / DOCX format fully support page layout settings, and restoring historic versions will respect the layout settings from the time of the version.
In-platform Media Viewers
Media formats including images, PDFs, and Spreadsheets can now be viewed directly in-platform, without the need to ever download a file or leave your browser tab!

New Document Placeholders
Placeholders are an incredibly powerful feature for de-duplication of work across compliance docs, and auto-populating information.
We've added a host of additional default placeholders and customisations, which can be accessed at anytime by typing "@":
This includes customisations such as optionally displaying a tagged person's roles alongside their name.

Wide Monitor Views
An improved layout across the platform with reduced whitespace and improved support for ultra-wide monitors:

The platform activity log can now be searched back beyond 30 days:
Platform speed improvements and fixes
Various improvements to improve speed / latency for particularly large workspaces and Safari users.
What else is coming?
We're busy working on new features including periodic notifications for key events and upcoming or overdue deadlines, enhanced incident reporting, framework customisations, and more integrations.
The Assuric product and engineering team are also growing in size, and we're excited to have some amazing new talent on the team as we build!
