Assuric Release Notes - June 2026

In June we released the official Assuric MCP Connector, allowing you to interact with your Assuric workspace from AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-Pilot.

Simply ask questions such as “Summarise our latest information security policy and tell me when it was last updated”, “What are the top clinical risks in our hazard log, and which controls mitigate them?”, "What tasks are overdue for our DSPT framework renewal" and let your preferred agent do the rest.

As always, we've built the MCP server with a security-first mindset and the connector is fully compatible with all modern AI clients, and scoped to your Assuric workspace.

Last month, we released controlled documents to improve Assuric's support as a robust eQMS solution. Controlled documents have tightly scoped access control and must follow a pre-defined review and approval cycle when issuing major releases.

Controlled documents now additionally support the use of electronic signatures (e-Signatures) to support compliance with standards such as the FDA's CFR Part 11, governing the use of electronic records and signatures in the life sciences.

Reviewers and approvers have their action will be captured against the record as an e-Signature along with the user's unique identifier and the action's meaning and exact timestamp.

Re-authentication using an additional factor is additionally required prior to taking an initial action requiring an e-Signature.

Once approved, controlled documents will be locked against their latest major version until returned to draft. e-Signatures for reviews and approvals will be automatically captured in the document's review and approval smart tables, alongside an immutable record of the review cycle and signatures themselves.
