Assuric Release Notes - February 2026

Introducing Ask Assuric, in platform Cyber Essentials assessments, and a host of Hazard Log and interface enhancements!

Ask Assuric AI

We strive to make the Assuric platform as easy to use as possible, and to streamline as many of the historically slow and complex aspects of achieving regulatory standards as as easy as possible.

AI with human-in-the-loop is core to our platform, and we're excited to be releasing Ask Assuric - a fully context aware compliance assistant to interface with your organisation's compliance posture!

You can access Ask Assuric from anywhere in your dashboard and will receive responses with fully context of the contents of your Documents, Policies, and Evidence Items.

Responses will be returned with clear citations to where in your platform the information came from, including screenshot evidence and external links.

Questionnaire Assistant

A key feature accessible now in Ask Assuric is the questionnaire assistant - designed to streamline answering free text security and due-diligence assessments (a common pain point in compliance)!

Ask Assuric will extract questions from a free text document and provide answers with clear traceability to where the information originated from.

The assistant will have growing context and awareness of other parts of your platform as we improve the tool. Please try it out and provide us with thoughts and feedback!

Hazard Log Enhancements

We're lucky at Assuric to see how so many different manufacturers and deploying organisations approach the creation of Hazard Logs and approach Clinical Risk Management. We've made various improvements to the Hazard Log interfaces to assist in creation and management of your Hazards.

Hazard ID Suggestions

Common conventions for ID naming such as HAZ-001, HAZ-002, etc. are widespread, but when managing IDs across a large range of products, custom naming conventions may become preferable.

You will now receive smart suggestions for IDs based on the previous IDs for the product you are working on, and other hazard items in your workspace.

Duplicate IDs will never be suggested, and alternatives will also be provided.

Duplicate Hazard Workflow

When duplicating a hazard you now have granular control over how to handle causes and controls linked to the hazard, and can also choose to map duplicated items to a new set of products.

Hazard Linking Flows

We've added various shortcuts and popups to all quick creation and linking of causes and controls, and allow easier exploration of existing items in your workspace

In-platform Cyber Essentials Assessments

Achieving Cyber Essentials is a core part of the digital health compliance journey.

We're pleased to support full in-platform completion of the CE questionnaire, support for Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) audits, and issuance of certificates.

Contact the Assuric team if you're ready for certification, and you'll be able to access the Cyber Essentials questionnaire at the bottom of your Cyber Essentials framework page:

Authentication Settings Enhancements

Some further improvements to how users authenticate to your workspace can be now found and controlled by admins from your workspace settings.

Custom Enterprise Single-Sign-On (SSO)

Assuric has full support for custom enterprise SSO providers, building on custom Microsoft Tenants to include integration with any OIDC and SAML provider.

You can also find settings for collaborating with external users (who can access your workspace even if not signing-in with your SSO provider), and what level of MFA and authentication they will need to provide.

Per-Role MFA enforcement Settings

Admins can now select specific users roles are required to enroll an authenticator app prior to signing-in (this will be in additional to email verification, which is always enforced).

The people table will also display which methods users have access to authenticate with, including for external users.

Other improvements and fixes

We've covered the headlines from February above, which comes alongside various other smaller enhancements to document editing and in-platform workflows.

As always, if you have thoughts, ideas or feedback then please let us know!
