DTAC form

Use the Assuric platform to quickly generate your DTAC form

Step 1: Access the DTAC Form

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on DTAC Framework.

  2. Select DTAC Form.


Step 2: Review the Auto-Populated Form

  • The form automatically pulls in data from different parts of the platform.

  • Most fields will already be filled in, and documents will be attached to the correct sections.

  • Simply work through the form step by step, filling in any remaining gaps.


Step 3: Complete the Workflow

  • Check each section for accuracy.

  • Add any missing details where required.

  • Once finished, click Generate Form.

  • The form will automatically save to the Evidence section of the platform.


Step 4: Review the Generated Document

  • The system will generate a Word document version of the DTAC form.

  • The document will contain:

    • Auto-filled responses from the platform.

    • Highlighted areas (in yellow or blue) where further review is needed.

    • Embedded links to supporting documents
