Step 1: Access the DTAC Form
From the left-hand menu, click on DTAC Framework.
Select DTAC Form.
Step 2: Review the Auto-Populated Form
The form automatically pulls in data from different parts of the platform.
Most fields will already be filled in, and documents will be attached to the correct sections.
Simply work through the form step by step, filling in any remaining gaps.
Step 3: Complete the Workflow
Check each section for accuracy.
Add any missing details where required.
Once finished, click Generate Form.
The form will automatically save to the Evidence section of the platform.
Step 4: Review the Generated Document
The system will generate a Word document version of the DTAC form.
The document will contain:
Auto-filled responses from the platform.
Highlighted areas (in yellow or blue) where further review is needed.
Embedded links to supporting documents
