Evidence can be attached to controls in two ways: from the Controls tab or directly via the expanded Hazard Log view.
Method 1: Add Evidence from the Hazard Log
Open the Hazard Log
Navigate to the Hazard Log tab.
Use the Expand button to view the whole Hazard Log (either the whole log or expand an individual hazard
Select a control
Choose the control you want to update
Click the paperclip icon to open the evidence pop-out.
Add evidence
From the evidence pop-out, choose one of the following:
Upload a file (e.g., screenshot, video, spreadsheet)
Add a link
Add a free-text note
Select a document from the Assuric platform
Method 2: Add Evidence from the Controls Tab
Go to the Controls tab
Navigate to the Controls section in the platform.
Apply a filter if needed (e.g, Awaiting Evidence).
Select a control
Choose the control you want to update
Click the paperclip icon to open the evidence pop-out.
Add evidence
From the evidence pop-out, choose one of the following:
Upload a file (e.g., screenshot, video, spreadsheet)
Add a link
Add a free-text note
Select a document from the Assuric platform
