Platform introduction and overview

Assuric Platform is a cloud-based web application accessible through any web browser. To log in, simply click the secure access link sent to your email.

Features

  • Navigation Menu: The left-hand menu provides easy access to the various sections of the platform for smooth navigation.

  • Back Button: Located at the top, this allows you to return to the page you were previously working on.

  • Notifications: In the top-right corner, you'll see a notification bell icon where you can view all your alerts and updates.

  • Account Settings: Next to the notification icon, you'll find your account settings icon, which you can use to manage your profile and preferences.

  • Message us: In the bottom-right corner, you'll find the intercom (SMS icon). Click it to send us a message if you have any questions or concerns, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Company Setup

The Company Setup section is where you configure and manage key information about your organisation.

Navigation Tips

To view and edit different parts of your company setup, use the grey icons located at the top of the page.

Key Features:

  • Company Information

    Enter your company details here, such as logo, company name, legal name, address, and more.

  • Add People

    Invite and add members of your company to the platform by clicking the Add People button.

  • Assign Officers

    Designate key roles like Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO).

  • Manage Multiple Products

    If your company has multiple products, click the New Product + button to add them.

  • Groups

    Assign people to configurable groups. We recommend setting up groups such as, Employee Group, Contractor Group, Clinical Safety Team (if applicable)
